Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The HB Showtime Leopard anatomic bridle is a leather bridle with an eye-catching leopard finish, designed with a comfortable, anatomic fit in mind. It combines a softly padded, cut-back headpiece with an anatomically shaped noseband and comes complete with soft leather reins.
About this bridle
The headpiece is anatomically shaped and cut back around the ears. That shaping is intended to reduce pressure behind the ears and over the head. The soft padding gives a comfortable finish at the points where the bridle sits against the horse's head.
The noseband is anatomically shaped as well. It can therefore follow the nose neatly and spread pressure across it. The noseband also stands out visually thanks to its finish in patent leather with leopard print. This is not a classic, entirely plain bridle, then, but a model for riders who deliberately choose a bolder design.
The browband suits that dressier look and is finished with hot-fix stones. Leopard print, patent leather and a stoned browband together give the bridle a distinctive appearance, for riders who want to combine function with decorative detail.
Practically, the soft leather reins are included. You do not need to buy a matching set of reins separately. A bit is not listed as included.
This HB Showtime bridle can be used for daily schooling and for any other time in the saddle where an anatomically shaped leather bridle is wanted. The available product information does not tie the model to one specific discipline.
With an anatomic bridle, correct adjustment remains essential. An anatomic shape can only do its work when the headpiece, the noseband and the other parts are fitted to the individual horse.
