Shipping and payment

Shipments

  1. Orders and processing:
    Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day, provided the item is in stock. Exceptions include: Sundays, Holidays, and Mondays.
    On Saturday, orders are processed and shipped until 11:00 am.
  2. Postage costs:
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.
  3. Shipping service:
    We ship with Bpost, including:Second presentation in case of failed deliverySignature upon receiptInsurance
  4. Delivery times:
    The expected delivery time for Belgium is within 1 working day after shipment .
    For the Netherlands this is 2 working days .
    Other countries in Europe: within 7 working days
    Outside Europe: Within 14 working days

    Please note: These delivery times are indicative and do not take into account customs holdups.

Pick up of orders

  1. Pick up in store:
    During the checkout process, you can choose to collect your order in our store. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. Please allow one hour for processing if all items are in stock.
  2. Shop opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30am – 6pm Holidays: see homepage Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Payment

  1. Payment methods:

  2. Failed payments:
    If your payment fails, you'll find a link in your order confirmation to return to the payment process. Our bank details are also included in the confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. General conditions for returns:
    All items may be returned, provided: They are in their original, unused condition. They are returned with all accessories and tags included.
  2. Return period:
    Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Returns Processing:
    The full amount will be refunded via the original payment method (as processed through Mollie Payments), within 10 business days of receiving the returned package.

  5. Return Recommendations: We recommend sending your package by registered and insured mail. Please include our returns form, indicating your preferred method of handling (e.g., different size, different item, refund).
  6. Returns outside the EU:
    Unfortunately, returns of items outside the European Union are not possible. No warranty or service applies to deliveries outside the EU.

Non-stock items

  1. If an item isn't listed in our webshop, please contact us by email. We'll be happy to see if we can order it for you.
  2. If an item appears to be in stock but is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount to your account immediately.
