Shipments

1. Orders and processing :
   Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day, provided the item is in stock. Exceptions include: Sundays, Holidays, and Mondays.
   Orders are processed on Saturday and shipped on Tuesday.
2. Postage costs :
   Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.
3. Shipping service :
   We ship with Bpost
4. Delivery times :
   The expected delivery time for Belgium is within 1 business day after shipment. For the Netherlands, this is 2 business days .
   Within other European countries: 3 to 4 working days
   Outside Europe: between 1 and 15 working days
   
   These delivery times are indicative and do not take into account any downtime at customs.
   All packages are shipped insured and receive a track and trace code, so you can always track your package.

Pick up of orders

1. Pick up in store :
   During the checkout process, you can choose to collect your order in our store. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. Please allow 2 hours for processing if all items are in stock.
2. Shop opening hours : Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. Public holidays: see opening hours on the homepage. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Payment

2. Failed payments :
   If your payment fails, you'll find a link in your order confirmation to return to the payment process. Our bank details are also included in the confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

1. General conditions for returns :
   Please see our terms and conditions for all information.
   All items may be returned, provided: They are in their original, unused condition. They are returned with all accessories and tags included.
2. Return period :
   Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase .
3. Returns Processing :
   The full amount will be refunded via the original payment method (as processed through Mollie Payments), within 10 business days of receiving the returned package.

5. Return Recommendations : We recommend sending your package by registered and insured mail. Please include the returns form, indicating your preferred method of handling (e.g., different size, different item, refund).
6. Returns outside the EU :
   Unfortunately, returns of items outside the European Union are not possible. No warranty or service applies to deliveries outside the EU.

Non-stock items

1. If an item isn't listed in our webshop, please contact us by email. We'll be happy to see if we can order it for you.
2. If an item appears to be in stock but is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount to your account immediately.
