After saddling up, pull the pad up into the wither channel and only then tighten the girth, so the fabric does not pull tight across the spine. Set the girth loop to the position of your own girth. If you want to carry the set through, combine the saddle pad with the matching halter and lead rope from the Maddelin collection.
