Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

The Trolle Light Tech Class in black is a light show jacket for men who want the class of a traditional riding jacket without its weight. The technical fabric gives with every movement and lets air through, while the construction holds its shape from the warm-up to the prize-giving. Available in size S and M.
About this show jacket
Plenty of men still ride in a heavy, firmly structured show jacket simply because it looks smart. This model starts from that same look but builds it with a light technical fabric. The result is a jacket you keep on longer on a full competition day, quite simply because it weighs less and ventilates better.
The fabric contains stretch. You notice it above all at two moments: when you fold forward over a fence and your shoulders and back need room, and when you sit upright for a long time in a dressage test and do not want to feel any pull across the back seam. The jacket follows your position instead of correcting it.
The breathability tells on longer rounds and on warm days. Heat can pass through the fabric, so you overheat less quickly between your warm-up and your round. That is not air conditioning, but across a whole day with several starts you notice the difference.
The finish is minimalist and black. There are no contrast colours or conspicuous logos on it, so the jacket pairs effortlessly with any white or light-coloured competition shirt and with classic breeches. The construction holds its line, so your silhouette stays sharp even after a long day.
