How does the membership program work?

Your membership level is continuously recalculated based on your purchases. We look at your total spending over the past 12 months: the higher that amount, the higher your level and the greater your fixed benefit – and that works in both directions.

When do I become a member?

From your first purchase of €250 (in-store or online), you automatically unlock the Bronze level. No separate registration is required.

How do I upgrade to a higher level?

Completely automatically. The more you spend at Maddelin within 12 months, the higher your level. You don't need to apply for or activate anything yourself.

What happens if I don't shop for 3 months?

Your discount will then be temporarily paused. Please note: because your level is based on your spending over the past 12 months, that level can also decrease if no new purchases are made during that time. As soon as you make a new purchase – in-store or online – your (possibly recalculated) discount will be active again.

How is my discount applied?

Automatically, directly in your shopping cart. You do not need to enter a discount code.

Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?

Not mandatory to become a member, but highly recommended: only through the newsletter will you receive a timely notification when your 3-month period is about to expire or when you reach a new level. If you are not subscribed, you will miss these notifications.

Can I combine my membership with the affiliate program?

Certainly. Both programs are completely separate and can be perfectly combined.
