Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Trolle Echolight saddle pad is an anatomically shaped saddle pad with a technical EUROJERSEY outer fabric and a honeycomb inner structure. It absorbs sweat, keeps air moving between back and saddle and therefore dries quickly. There is a dressage cut and a jumping cut, so you can match the pad to your own saddle. Made for riders who want something technical under the saddle with a quiet appearance.
About this saddle pad
A saddle pad really only has two jobs: absorb sweat and separate the saddle from the back, without disturbing pressure distribution. The Trolle Echolight saddle pad handles those two jobs with a technical EUROJERSEY outer fabric and a honeycomb structure on the inside.
That honeycomb structure is not decoration. The open cells let air circulate between your horse's back and the saddle, so moisture is drawn off faster and the pad dries more quickly after work. For anyone riding twice a day, that saves a pad in the rotation.
The Echolight is anatomically shaped. It follows the line of the back and leaves enough room in the wither area. That is not a minor detail: a saddle pad that pulls tight over the wither creates pressure in exactly the place where you want it least. Even with an anatomical model, you should still pull the pad well up into the wither area before saddling up.
The name refers to the stitched pattern in the side panels: that quilting picks up the Trolle star logo in a muted form. A brand detail you only notice when you look for it, and that is the intention. For the rest the pad is linearly quilted, which gives a clean, sporty line, with the embroidered star logo in a contrasting colour on the left side. The colourways are plain and tonal, so the whole thing stays quiet in the ring.
