Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

The Trolle Cool Dots Ultra in black is an ultralight show jacket for men who heat up quickly on a warm competition day. The Cool Dots technology releases heat through microperforations in the fabric, while the technical stretch fabric follows your movements in the saddle. A clean, minimalist model for show jumping and dressage, available in size S.
About this show jacket
This riding jacket is made for those who train hard and compete through the summer. The weight is strikingly low, so you barely feel the jacket on you, and yet the construction keeps enough structure to look well turned out in the ring. That is exactly the balance a summer show jacket often gets wrong: too light becomes limp, too solid becomes hot.
Cool Dots is the name Trolle gives to the microperforations spread across the fabric. They let warm air escape without visible mesh panels appearing in the design. From a few metres away it stays a plain black jacket; up close you see the fine structure. That keeps a professional look while air still moves during your round.
The technical stretch fabric moves with you when you fold forward over a fence or hold your shoulders open in a dressage test. You feel no pull across the back or in the armholes, which means your position stays free at the moment it counts.
The full material composition, the lining and the pocket layout are not stated by the manufacturer. What is established is the Cool Dots ventilation, the stretch and the low weight.
