Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Tommy Hilfiger Yale Shine Set Halter Rope is a complete halter set for horses, consisting of a halter with a matching rope. This black version in size Full combines a functional construction with a refined rhinestone finish.
About this halter set
The halter is made of 100% polypropylene. This synthetic material forms the base of the halter and is combined with 100% polyester padding. The padded parts provide a softer layer where the halter makes contact with the horse.
For adjustment and attachment, the Yale Shine is equipped with an adjustable hook, ring, and buckles. According to Tommy Hilfiger, these parts were chosen with durability and safety in mind. Thanks to the adjustability, you can adjust the halter to your horse's head within the possibilities of the Full size. Correct adjustment remains important: the halter should sit stably without being unnecessarily tight.
What distinguishes the Yale Shine from a simple stable halter is primarily its decorative finish. Rhinestone details give the black halter a shiny accent. This makes this set interesting if you value a neat and more striking appearance in addition to functionality.
A halter with a rope is used for daily activities around the horse, such as guiding and holding your horse. The product is not discipline-specific and can therefore be used by dressage, show jumping, and other riders.
