Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Tommy Hilfiger Baxter Suede saddle pad is a ventilated pad with a suede-look outer, available in a jumping version and a dressage version. The breathable waffle lining wicks moisture away and the materials used are animal-free. It is intended for riders who want a polished look combined with practical comfort for the horse.
About this saddle pad
The Tommy Hilfiger Baxter Suede saddle pad combines the elegant look of suede with a construction built around ventilation. The outer is made from 100% polyester with a suede finish and classic diamond quilting. An embroidered Tommy Hilfiger crest logo sits on both sides. That gives the pad a recognisable, sporty look without pushing its functional qualities into the background.
On the inside there is a waffle-textured lining in 100% polyester. That texture is not there for appearance: the relief creates small air channels between skin and pad, so air can flow through and moisture is carried away faster. Together with the ventilated construction, that helps keep the back drier during schooling and at any other moment when your horse sweats. The filling consists of 100% polyester and polyurethane.
All stated materials are animal-free. That makes the Baxter interesting when you deliberately choose a saddle pad without components of animal origin but still want the look of suede. The pad is available in size Full and in the colours Desert Sky and Camo Green.
The model comes in two shapes. The Baxter Suede Jumping Saddlepad is cut for use under a jumping saddle and therefore suits jumping and any work with a jumping saddle. The Baxter Suede Dressage Saddlepad has the longer, straighter shape that follows a dressage saddle. Functionally the two share the same properties: ventilated construction, classic diamond quilting, a breathable and moisture-wicking waffle lining and an animal-free material build. The difference lies in the shape and in compatibility with your type of saddle.
