The right size is essential for comfort, safety and performance in equestrian sport. At Maddelin Equestrian we're happy to help you choose the right size, so your equipment fits well: riding wear, helmets, boots or equipment for your horse.
Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.
Fit varies from brand to brand, so you'll find specific information on each product page. Not sure? Send us a message or come and try in our shop in Torhout.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.
| Feet | Inches | Total length (cm) |

Product Information
Two horses in bronze, close to life size
The Pair of Horses by Thermobrass shows two horses standing quietly side by side, just as you see them in the field. Each horse is modelled true to life: the muscles, the mane, the tail and the alert expression. Together they form an elegant, powerful piece standing 128 cm tall.
The statue is cast in bronze and patinated by hand, so the tone varies slightly from piece to piece, from deep brown to green-black accents. Every statue is unique.
For anyone who wants horses at home too
This is a statue for a large garden, a driveway, the entrance to a yard or a stud. It catches the eye from a distance and suits both a rural and a contemporary setting.
Bronze: weatherproof and low maintenance
Bronze can stay outside all year round, frost included. The patina dulls a little over the years; a thin layer of clear wax once or twice a year keeps the shine. Beyond that it needs nothing.
Dimensions: 125 × 35 × 128 cm (L × W × H). Weight: approx. 185 kg. Collection from our shop in Torhout only.
