LJ Leathers Leather Girth with Belly Flap – Protection and Freedom of Movement in One
The LJ Leathers Leather Girth with Belly Flap has been developed for riders who want to offer their horse maximum protection and comfort during show jumping or eventing. When pushing off and bringing up the legs, horseshoes or hoof balls can sometimes make contact with the horse's belly. Thanks to its generous belly flap, this girth effectively protects the sensitive belly area against bumps and impact.
The girth is made of high-quality, supple leather that comfortably molds to the horse's body. The soft padding prevents chafing and pressure points, ensuring the girth remains comfortable even during intensive training sessions or competitions.
The anatomical design follows the natural line of the rib cage and gives the horse ample room to move freely. This reduces pressure points and allows the horse to optimally use its shoulders and forelegs during jumping.
For added convenience, the girth is equipped with elastic on both sides, which facilitates girthing and ensures even pressure distribution. The sturdy D-rings make it easy to attach martingales or training accessories.
