We offer this bridle in size Full, the usual size for most warmblood horses. If in doubt, compare the length of the cheekpiece and the noseband with your current bridle; the adjustment holes take up small differences within the same size.

Adjust the crank noseband calmly. Keep two fingers of room between the strap and the nasal bone as a guideline and check that the rear lies flat against the jaw without folding. Because a crank closure makes it easier to pull tight, it is worth checking the adjustment again after a few rides.

For care, work in two steps. Clean the ordinary leather with saddle soap and feed it with a leather balm. Wipe the patent parts dry or with a slightly damp cloth; grease or oil stays sitting on the glossy layer. Rub around the crystals dry with a soft cloth. Rinse the rubber grip of the reins with water without using leather products on it.

The Shiny is intended for riders who want a glossy, eye-catching bridle for training and competition in dressage or jumping, and who like having matching reins right away.

If you are looking for an understated bridle without patent and without crystals, choose a classic version in matt leather from our range instead. If you do not want a crank noseband, a model with a plain or combined noseband is closer to what you are after. If you ride a pony or a horse with a finer head, this version in Full may be too large. For the use of a particular noseband at competitions, always check the rules of your discipline and federation.
