Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Samshield Luxury 2.0 Helmet Bag is a padded helmet bag that protects your riding helmet during transport and storage. The water-repellent outer fabric and the reinforced padding keep dust, moisture and light knocks away from your helmet, and the zipped compartments let you store small accessories separately. Practical for riders who regularly take their helmet to the yard, to training or to a competition.
About this helmet bag
A good riding helmet deserves just as much care the moment it comes off your head. In the car, in the tack room or at the bottom of a full bag, a helmet quickly picks up dust, moisture or a knock. That is what this bag is made for: your helmet gets its own padded place.
The outer fabric is durable and water-repellent, so light rain and splashes do not reach your helmet straight away. Inside, the reinforced padding absorbs shocks and limits the risk of damage while you are on the move.
With dimensions of 37 x 28 x 20 cm there is plenty of room for your helmet. The wide top opens up fully, so you take your helmet in and out smoothly without wrestling with it. On a busy competition day that makes a difference.
Alongside the main compartment there are zipped compartments for smaller items: a helmet cover, your gloves or other personal belongings stay separated from the helmet itself.
You carry it however suits you, by the handles or with the shoulder strap. That makes the bag work equally well for daily use at the yard as for riders who are on the road every weekend, in dressage, jumping, eventing or leisure riding.
