The Samshield Claranova Knee Grip Women's Riding Breeches are technical women's breeches with a knee grip, designed for riders who want support at the leg without the extra grip of a full seat model. The Claranova combines a smart, sporty look with a design aimed at both schooling and competition.
About these breeches
The knee grip sits at knee height and helps support contact with the saddle there. Because the seat itself is left free of grip, you keep more freedom of movement in the saddle than with breeches that have silicone across the whole seat. That makes a knee grip version interesting for riders who like support at the lower leg but do not want to be held too firmly in the saddle.
The Claranova is a women's model from Samshield and fits into a high-quality competition and schooling wardrobe. The breeches can be worn with a show shirt and show jacket for competition, or with a polo, technical top or training shirt for everyday schooling.
This model suits a range of equestrian disciplines. Knee grip is often chosen for jumping and all-round riding in particular, thanks to the combination of grip around the knee and freedom of movement through the seat.
