About these breeches
For many young riders, a light, neutral pair is their first 'smart' pair of riding breeches. Together with white, beige is one of the usual competition colours, while being less delicate than white for a weekday lesson. Which colour is required at a competition depends on the discipline and the federation: check the rules before you enter.

Both colours are the same model. The fabric is 78% polyester and 22% spandex, a stretchy blend that moves with your child. The seat has silicone grip in Joline's J pattern, for security and contact with the saddle.
Typical Joline touches are the ruffles and decorative buttons, the decorative back pockets and the high waistband with belt loops. At the bottom of the legs are elasticated ankle cuffs: the breeches stay neatly inside the riding boot and do not ride up.

When to choose this product
Choose beige if you are looking for one pair that works for both lessons and a small competition. If you want proper white competition breeches, there is the Joline in white. For cold winter months, the Joline in Navy is lined, and for a young child who dresses themselves, riding leggings without a zip or button from the range are sometimes simpler.

Light breeches benefit from a separate wash: Joline specifies 30°C, inside out and with similar colours. So do not wash the beige with dark stable clothing, or the brown with white laundry. The tumble dryer is out of the question: leave the breeches to air dry so they keep their shape and colour.

The seat has full grip in silicone with Joline's J pattern. The high waistband has belt loops, and the elasticated ankle cuffs keep the legs neatly inside the riding boot, so they do not ride up.
