Embroidery Startup – One-time Setup Cost

For each new design that needs to be embroidered, we charge a one-time setup fee . This fee covers digitizing your logo or design and setting up our embroidery machine for a flawless result.

What does this startup entail?

• Digitization of the logo to an embroiderable file (vector to stitch program)

• Coordinating colors, size and position

• Test run on fabric for optimal quality and placement

• Save your embroidery file for reuse on future orders

Practical:

• Cost : € [enter amount, e.g. €25 – €35 depending on size/complexity]

• One-time : Will not be charged again for subsequent orders of the same design

• Delivery time : 1-3 working days extra for the start-up phase
