With a KEP Smart Nova, do not choose on the basis of your measured head circumference alone. The shape of your head also determines which padding sits most comfortably and most securely.

So try the helmet with the right inner lining and check that it makes contact all round without local pressure points. When you move your head, the helmet should move with it and not shift forwards, backwards or sideways by itself.

The removable padding can be cleaned separately. Let it dry fully before you put it back in the helmet.
