May I wear this shirt at a competition?

That is decided by your federation's rulebook, not by the shirt. In showjumping, FEI Jumping Rules article 207.2.3 requires a white collar, white cuffs with long sleeves, and a white tie, stock or choker; for children and pony riders the whole shirt must be white. In dressage the FEI rulebook prescribes nothing about the shirt itself, only a white or off-white stock or tie (article 431.2.1). The Belgian rulebook is stricter there and requires a white shirt. Regulations differ by federation, by discipline, by level and by country and change regularly, so check the current rulebook of your own federation.

What is the difference with the Texturized version?

How do I keep this shirt white?

Wash it separately from coloured pieces, pre-treat stains and never let them dry before dealing with them. Across the brand Samshield advises washing inside out at 30 to 40 degrees, without fabric softener and without bleach, and not in the tumble dryer.
