Always turn the breeches inside out before they go in the machine. Choose a 30°C programme and wash them with similar colours, especially with a light shade like aqua. Then hang the breeches up to dry, not over a radiator or in the tumble dryer. Joline gives no instructions on ironing or fabric softener: follow the care label in the breeches for that.

For the size, measure your child and compare their height with Joline's size chart. The sizes in this colour are far apart, so if your child falls between two available sizes, get in touch with the shop. The same model is also available in other colours with the sizes in between.

Choose the Aqua if you are looking for colourful full grip riding breeches for lessons, training and hacking, in one of the four available sizes. For competitions, white and beige are the usual colours: for that, you are better off looking at the Joline in white or beige, and checking the rules of your discipline and federation.

The silicone grip in a J pattern runs across the seat and the inside of the legs. The high waistband has belt loops, and the elasticated ankle cuffs stop the legs from riding up inside the boot.

What is the difference between full grip and knee grip?
With full grip, the silicone runs across the seat and inner legs; with knee grip, only on the inside of the knee. The grip type says nothing about the discipline: both are worn in every discipline.
