Take your time the first time, start at the top with the headpiece and work downwards. Check again after a few rides, as new leather still stretches a little at first.

For care: wipe the leather down after riding with a slightly damp cloth, let it dry at room temperature and away from the heating, and treat it regularly with saddle soap and leather balm. That keeps Havana leather rich in colour and supple.

Choose this bridle if your horse is sensitive around the head or relaxes with difficulty into the contact, and you want a model designed around pressure distribution rather than around looks. It suits dressage riders and showjumpers who want to use one and the same bridle for both.
