Product Information
The Horseware Amigo Jersey Integrated Cooler is a lightweight, breathable sweat rug made from 100% brushed polyester with an integrated neck piece. The rug is designed to wick moisture away from the coat while keeping your horse comfortably covered during cooling down. This makes this model particularly practical after riding, during transport, and at competitions.
The main difference from a classic sweat rug without a neck is the integrated neck. This ensures that not only the body but also the neck of your horse is covered. This is useful for a sweaty horse after training or when you want to keep more body surface covered during transport and at competitions.
The jersey polyester used is soft, light, and breathable. The brushed structure on the inside helps to wick moisture away from the coat, allowing your horse to dry off after exertion. The material is also quick-drying. The Amigo Jersey Integrated Cooler has no insulating filling, so it is primarily a functional sweat and transport rug, not a warm stable or outdoor rug.
For a stable fit, the rug features a single front closure, two crossed surcingles, and a tail cord. The two crossed surcingles are removable. This is practical when you are using the rug, for example, during a competition or under supervision, and do not need the belly straps.
The Amigo Jersey Integrated Cooler is particularly effective when your horse is sweaty after work. The breathable polyester helps to wick away moisture and supports the gradual drying of the coat. The rug can also be used during transport or at competitions as a light, full cover.
