The 0 g is a rain sheet for mild, wet weather, the 50 g is intended for transitional weather and the 100 g gives a little more warmth. Horseware does not give temperature ranges. So look at your horse: a clipped horse or one that feels the cold needs more than a horse with a full coat. Check regularly under the rug at the shoulder and flank.

Place the rug on the back, close the V-Front first, then fasten the three crossed surcingles, leaving a flat hand's width between surcingle and belly. Attach the tail cord or tail strap and clip the neck cover into the hood loops if you use it. Wash at 30°C with hook-and-loop closed and straps fastened, line dry and avoid the tumble dryer, bleach and iron. Store the rug dry in a breathable bag.

Is a neck cover included with this Horseware rug?

Can I use a liner underneath?
Yes. Use the liner loops to attach a Horseware liner. The liners are sold separately.

Does the rug have leg straps?
The 50 g has leg strap loops. For the 0 g and 100 g, Horseware does not mention leg straps. All versions have three crossed surcingles.

How do I wash this turnout rug?
In the machine at 30°C, with all hook-and-loop closed and straps fastened. Line dry away from direct heat. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry. Horseware recommends professional cleaning.

How does it differ from the Amigo 1200D FieldSafe Plus?
