Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Always measure carefully and use our size charts as a guide.

Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

The HB Showtime Shang-hai bridle numbers are leather competition numbers for the bridle, finished with fine Shang-hai stones. A bridle number is a holder that lets you display your start or combination number clearly on the bridle. This version brings that practical job together with a neat, elegant finish, for riders who want their competition look to be right down to the last detail.
About these bridle numbers
At a competition your number has to be visible to the judge and the organisers. This version does that work, but with a finish that suits a smart competition outfit. That makes it interesting above all for competition riders who also look at how their bridle presents.
The base is made of leather, which sits well with a leather bridle. The Shang-hai stones add a subtle shine and make this model more noticeable than a plain number or a synthetic version.
The numbers are an accessory for the bridle: they change nothing about how the bridle works or how it fits. They are an aesthetic and practical addition for competition days, not a functional part of your bridle.
If you are looking for a competition number to match a dressier competition outfit, this is a logical choice. If your preference is for something very understated or purely functional without stones, a simpler bridle number suits you better.
