An anatomical bridle only works as intended when it sits correctly. After putting it on, check that the headpiece rests neatly behind the ears and that the base of the ear stays clear, and that the browband does not push forward. Adjust the noseband with two flat fingers between strap and nasal bone, high enough that it rests on the bony part of the nose.

Care keeps the leather supple. Wipe the bridle after every ride with a slightly damp cloth, certainly around the bit and the noseband. Treat it a few times a season with leather balm and let wet leather dry at room temperature, never near a heat source. Hang it on a wide bridle holder.

This bridle suits riders who look mainly at comfort and fit and who want an understated, dark finish. You use it for daily schooling, dressage work and longer sessions under saddle, and it is smart enough for competition.

If you are specifically looking for a bridle with a colour accent or with decorative stones, the more decorative models in our range are where you should look. If you definitely want a noseband with a flash strap or a crank noseband, choose a model where that is explicitly stated. And if your horse needs size Cob, this model will not work for you.
