Size chart

The correct size is essential for both comfort and performance in equestrian sports. At Maddelin Equestrian, we are happy to help you choose the right size, so that your equipment fits perfectly - whether it's riding apparel, helmets, boots, or accessories.
A well-fitting outfit not only provides more comfort but also better performance in the saddle. Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Therefore, we recommend always measuring accurately and using our size charts as a guide.
Our size charts are organized by product category and brand, allowing you to choose as specifically as possible. Since fits can vary by brand, you will find specific information with each product to guide you.

Product Information
The Feeling full cheek snaffle is a stainless steel horse bit with fixed, long side pieces that provide support for directional rein aids. It is a soft bit that is particularly interesting for riders who want additional lateral guidance in addition to the usual rein action.
About this bit
The distinctive difference between a full cheek snaffle and a regular loose ring snaffle lies in the long side pieces on either side of the mouthpiece. These cheeks help with steering by providing lateral support against the horse's mouth with a directional rein aid. This makes this type of bit suitable when clear guidance for turning is desired.
Feeling describes this model as a soft bit that helps with direction. This makes it a logical choice if you are looking for a simple bit where the long side pieces provide extra support in communicating left and right aids.
The full cheek snaffle is made entirely of stainless steel (inox). This material is practical for daily maintenance and can be easily rinsed with clean water after riding. For proper care, the manufacturer recommends carefully removing all residue after each use.
A full cheek snaffle differs significantly from a loose ring snaffle. While loose bit rings provide more freedom of movement around the mouthpiece, the long side pieces of this Feeling full cheek snaffle have a directional function. So you mainly choose this model when that extra support for steering is desired.
Check the bit for damage or other abnormalities before each use. According to the maintenance instructions, the bit should no longer be used if it is damaged, shows rust, or has another abnormality.
