Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

The Eskadron Sparkle Jewel Double Pin halter from the Dynamic Collection 2026 combines a sparkling finish with a double-adjustable headpiece. The noseband and headpiece are softly padded with softshell padding. Intended for horse owners who want a practical, easily adjusted halter with the distinctive Sparkle Jewel look.
About this halter
The Eskadron Sparkle Jewel Double Pin halter is built around a sparkling outer material with webbing on the inside. That combination gives the halter its strength without making it bulky: the webbing carries the pulling force, the synthetic outer material provides the looks.
On the areas that make the most contact with the horse's head, the noseband and the headpiece, Eskadron has applied softshell padding. That soft lining forms a buffer between the halter and the head, which is more comfortable when your horse stands in the stable or at the trailer for longer.
The name Double Pin refers to the double adjustability of the headpiece. There is a buckle on both sides, so you can adjust left and right separately. That spreads the headpiece more evenly over the head, and it also makes it easier to take the halter over the ears. The halter is adjustable under the chin as well, so the noseband stays at the right height.
Compared with a simpler softshell halter, the Sparkle Jewel model stands out mainly through its decorative finish. Jewel details are worked into the noseband, combined with the sparkling surface. The taupe-coloured metal parts match the colours and look of the Dynamic Collection 2026, and there is Eskadron labelling on the left side. An Eskadron keyring is also supplied with the halter.
