This pad is intended for the demanding jumping rider and comes into its own during intensive jumping sessions and on course. When tacking up, pull it well up into the wither cut-out, so the cut-out can do its work and the pad does not come to rest on the wither.

After work, knock the dust out of the pad and let it air dry before you store it. That way the shock-absorbing filling keeps its resilience: a filling that stays compressed and damp loses part of its cushioning effect.

Choose this pad when you jump and attach particular importance to cushioning and even padding under the saddle, combined with a breathable outer fabric. It is suitable for intensive schooling and for competitions.

If you ride mainly dressage, take a pad in dressage shape: this model is cut for a jumping saddle. And if you are looking for the thinnest and lightest possible pad, for example because your saddle already works with a thick base layer, a more closely quilted version from our range makes more sense, because the shock-absorbing filling deliberately gives this pad more volume.
