Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Equestro Aria is a slim fit pair of men's riding breeches with a full silicone seat (Full Grip). It is made from a bi-elastic, breathable technical fabric and has a lycra insert at the ankles. Intended for riders who want stability in the saddle without giving up freedom of movement, in training as well as at competitions.
About these breeches
The Aria is Equestro's slim fit men's riding breeches with a full silicone seat. On a Full Grip, the silicone runs across the entire seat and the inside of the legs. That gives contact with the saddle over a far larger surface than a version with knee patches only: you sit more firmly, you shift less and you have to correct less with your leg. You notice that difference above all when you work for a long time in the same seat.
The fabric is bi-elastic and breathable. Bi-elastic means the material stretches in two directions, so the breeches give when your hip and knee form angles in the saddle, and then return to shape. The slim fit cut follows the line of the leg without excess fabric, which helps avoid folds under your boot.
At the front there are two accessible slash pockets for small items. A graphic Equestro element sits on the rear belt loop and along the right thigh, which gives the breeches their sporty look.
At the bottom of the leg, a lycra insert provides a close finish around the ankle. That insert keeps the fabric flat, so your breeches do not ride up inside your riding boot or under your chaps. That is not only more comfortable, it also keeps the line of your leg clean in the arena.
