Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Equestro women's high-neck fleece sweater with 3/4 zip is a warm, breathable training sweater for horseback riding, stable work, and leisure. The soft thermal fleece combines warmth with a light and comfortable feel, making this sweater particularly suitable for training sessions and days at the stable in colder temperatures.
About this sweater
The material consists of 92% polyester and 8% elastane. Thanks to the elastane content, the fabric can move with your body, while the regular fit offers enough room for comfortable daily wear. The feminine fit is designed with freedom of movement in mind. For reference: the model in the picture is 169 cm tall and wears size S.
An important feature is the high collar with 3/4 zipper. With the zipper closed, the high collar provides extra coverage around the neck. If you get warmer during a training session, you can partially open the zipper for targeted ventilation. Together with the breathable fleece, which helps regulate body temperature, this makes the sweater practical for varying exertion.
The elastic cuffs and waistband provide a comfortable, snug finish. They also help to better retain warmth. Contrasting details on the cuffs and hem give the otherwise functional design a sporty look.
On the left sleeve, there is a detail in technical fabric with a pocket. The logo on the chest provides a subtle Equestro finish.
This fleece sweater is primarily intended as a warm layer for colder days. For warm summer days or very intensive training sessions where you want as little insulation as possible, a thin technical training shirt would be a more logical choice. In case of rain, you will need suitable protective outer layer, as no waterproofing is mentioned for this sweater.
