Sprenger Eggbutt Gag Bit – Stainless Steel / Hard Carbon – 16 mm
Control, precision and elegance – for riders who need extra finesse on the course
The Sprenger Eggbutt Gag with a hard carbon mouthpiece is designed for riders who require maximum control during technically challenging situations , such as tight turns or forward movements in show jumping or cross-country. Thanks to its pull-on effect, this bit applies increased pressure to the mouth and, when used with a special cheek piece, also to the poll— for a direct response to aids without being harsh.

• Simply broken – for direct communication without pressure on the palate
• Hard carbon mouthpiece – smooth, durable and comfortable for the horse
• Eggbutt side pieces – provide stability and a gentle action on the corners of the mouth
• Gag action with optional neck influence – ideal for horses that are getting strong
• Very suitable for show jumping and eventing riders who need that little bit of extra control
