A correct size is essential for both comfort and performance in equestrian sports. At Maddelin Equestrian, we are happy to help you choose the right size so that your equipment fits perfectly—whether it's riding apparel, helmets, boots, or accessories.
A well-fitting outfit not only ensures greater comfort but also better performance in the saddle. Clothing that is too tight or too loose can restrict your freedom of movement and affect your aids. Therefore, we recommend always measuring accurately and using our size charts as a guide.
Our size charts are organized by product category and brand, allowing you to choose as precisely as possible. Because fits can vary by brand, you will find specific information with each product to guide you.
How to measure correctly?
For the best results, always measure with a flexible tape measure, close to the body but without tightening.

Chest circumference: measure around the widest part of the chest

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist

Hips: measure around the widest part of the hips

Inseam length: measure from groin to ankle

Head circumference (helmets): measure just above the eyebrows and ears

Calf circumference & height (boots/chaps): measure the widest part of the calf and the height from heel to hollow of the knee
If you are in doubt between two sizes? We usually advise choosing the larger size for extra comfort, unless otherwise stated with the product.

The Dy’on D Motion Bridle is a well-thought-out and revolutionary design that offers riders maximum flexibility in their riding style. Thanks to its patented system with multiple rein positions, you can easily switch between bit, bitless, or a combination of both – without changing bridles.
The Dy’on D Motion Bridle is designed with gradual training, comfort, and clear communication in mind. The anatomical design, combined with the unique noseband concept, ensures soft and balanced pressure distribution over the nose, jaw, and behind the ears.
The patented noseband is wider and softly padded on the bridge of the nose, remaining perfectly stable thanks to two raised leather elements on either side. In combination with the cross-pull straps and D-rings, this creates a versatile system that adapts to your horse's training level.
Rein Options – 1 Bridle, 3 Riding Possibilities
1. Bit + noseband (combi-mode)
Start with bit reins and gradually build up more bitless action
2. Cross Pull
Reins attached crisscross under the jaw for soft, even pressure
3. Side Pull
