Product Information

Fager Celice Sweet Gold Bradoon – Loose Rings 12mm

For horses that need relaxation and connection – also suitable for young or sensitive horses

The Fager Celice with loose rings is the ideal bit for horses that are restless in the hand, quickly lose contact, or have difficulty relaxing. Thanks to the innovative Sweet Gold™ material (copper alloy with a sweet taste), the horse is subtly encouraged to accept the bit and establish connection.

Ideal for horses that:

Struggle with a stable contact

Quickly release the bit or are restless in the mouth

Show little inclination to seek contact

Are sensitive or are still in the learning phase (young horses)

Key benefits:

Sweet taste stimulates acceptance and promotes relaxation

Smooth joints and wide tongue port for maximum comfort

Anatomical mouthpiece with gentle action – prevents pressure points

Loose rings provide playfulness and more active contact

Suitable for young horses and horses that need to regain confidence

Technical info:

Material: Sweet Gold™ (copper alloy – non-rusting)

Mouthpiece thickness: 12 mm

Ring diameter: 45 mm (suitable as a bradoon)

Type: Double-jointed bit with loose rings

Please note:

Sweet Gold™ contains copper and is therefore slightly softer than traditional materials. For horses that chew a lot on the bit, slight bite marks may appear – however, this does not affect its function.

Fager Celice Sweet Gold is the bradoon for sensitive or insecure horses that you want to guide in a friendly, tasteful way towards more calm, trust, and consistent contact.

Light. Soft. Smartly designed. For a relaxed and happy mouth.

If in doubt about the correct bit choice, consult a bit fitter or instructor.

Regularly check the corners of your horse's mouth and its behaviour to see if the bit fits.

Rinse the bit after each ride and check it for wear or sharp edges.

For whom?

For riders looking for a bit that suits their horse's mouth and needs.

When do you use this?

During training and, if permitted by regulations, in competition.

For which horses?

The right bit choice depends on your horse's mouth conformation and preference; if in doubt, ask for advice.

When is an alternative better?

If your horse does not respond well to this mouthpiece, consult a bit fitter about alternatives.

Attach the bit to the bridle and adjust the height so that it rests gently in the corners of the mouth, without creating wrinkles or hanging too low. Rinse the bit after each ride.
