The Cavalor Strucies treat is a crunchy reward with herbs and fibre, for horses and ponies. Feed them from the hand after a ride, during groundwork, at a show, or simply as a small treat in the stable. Cavalor describes Strucies as fibre-rich and makes them without molasses. On the packaging they are labelled "Healthy Horse Snacks" and "Crunchy Fiber".
About these treats
What sets them apart from many classic horse sweets is the emphasis on fibre and herbs, and the absence of molasses. That fibrous structure is what gives the pieces their crunch. If you like rewarding your horse with something crunchy but would rather keep molasses out of the bucket, this is a straightforward option.
Strucies are treats, not a ration. They do not replace forage, concentrates or a vitamin and mineral balancer; they sit alongside a balanced daily diet as a reward. They are not tied to any discipline and work just as well for a leisure horse as for a competition horse.
The 1.5 kg pack is practical for daily use in the yard or on the road. Store it dry and firmly closed so the pieces stay crunchy. The official product sheet gives no daily dosage, so match the amount to your horse's full ration and treat them as an extra rather than as feed.
