Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

Product Information
The Cavalleria Toscana Technical Crew Neck Sweater for women is a technical crew neck sweater in a cotton blend, designed for everyday wear and for relaxed moments after riding. The model combines the comfort of a classic sweater with a clean, recognisable Cavalleria Toscana finish.
About this sweater
The fabric consists of 83% cotton, 14% polyester and 3% elastane. The high cotton content gives the fabric its soft character, while the added elastane gives the blend stretch. That makes the sweater suitable when you want comfortable equestrian clothing to wear at the yard as well as outside the active training hours.
A striking practical detail is the two zips at the sides. They give the simple crew neck design a technical finish and set this model apart from a standard sweater. A heat-applied Cavalleria Toscana logo sits at the centre. The design therefore stays minimal and pairs easily with different breeches and other equestrian clothing.
The round neck makes this sweater an alternative for riders who do not need a hood. That can be welcome when you want a simple top layer for everyday use, on the way to the yard or during rest moments after training.
Unlike the Cavalleria Toscana Technical Zip-Up Hoodie, this model has no hood and no central zip. The Crew Neck Sweater pulls on over the head and is aimed mainly at comfortable everyday wear. The official product specifications state neither thermally sealed seams nor protection against wind and water for this model. If you specifically want an outer layer for changeable weather, a technical model with confirmed weather-protective properties is the more logical choice.
The black colour Black (9999) and the central logo give the sweater a quiet, sporty look. Its simple construction makes it suitable for various moments inside and outside the sport, without tying the garment to one specific discipline.
