The Boss Equestrian Sammy Function Cardigan is a functional men's training cardigan with a structured stand-up collar. Boss Equestrian describes it as a training jacket that combines a modern look with functional comfort, made from a light and breathable material.
The fabric consists of 85% polyamide and 15% elastane and is made in interlock with a fabric weight of 280 g/m². This figure refers to the fabric itself, not the weight of the garment. The elastane content gives the fabric its stretch, which you'll notice in the movements you make in and around the saddle: mounting, moving with your horse, lifting a saddle or bucket.
Boss Equestrian describes the material as light and breathable. For a layer that you keep on in the stable as well as in the saddle, this makes the difference between comfortable working through and taking off your cardigan halfway through the training.
