Product Information
The Boss Equestrian Hailey High Waist Full Grip Breeches are riding breeches with a high waistband and full seat silicone grip. Boss developed this model for riders who want maximum grip in the saddle combined with breeches that close high enough to truly stay in place.
The material consists of 73% polyamide and 27% elastane. Boss describes this quality as breathable Power Sport material. You immediately notice the high percentage of elastane: the fabric stretches when your hip and knee move and then tightens back up. For breeches that close high around your waist, this is not a luxury but a prerequisite.
The grip is designed as a seamless silicone full seat. Boss incorporates the silicone layer seamlessly into the leg, so you won't feel any transitions or edges. This provides constant grip across the entire seat and the inside of your leg. This is the logical choice if you do a lot of seated work and want to remain stable without having to clamp down.
Around your waist is a high, shaped waistband. High-cut here really means high: the band follows the shape of your waist and stays in place when you lean forward or mount. The closure consists of a zip with two hook fastenings featuring the Boss logo, and the pocket openings are trimmed with the Boss Signature Stripe band.
The Hailey is ordered in Tealeaf and Tortoise, two muted shades from the FW26 line. Tealeaf is available from size XXS to XL, Tortoise is available in XS, S, and M.
If you prefer targeted knee grip instead of full seat, the Hannah High Waist Knee Grip is a better choice; it has the same high waistband. If you also want a normal waist height, then look at the Hazel Knee Grip.
