Between two sizes? We usually recommend the larger size, unless stated otherwise on the product. In our experience, Italian brands (such as Animo, Cavalleria Toscana and Vestrum) tend to come up small.
Rugs
How to measure your horse: using a soft tape measure, measure from the centre of the chest, over the point of the shoulder, horizontally along the body to the furthest point of the hindquarters. This is the total length.
Always check the brand's size chart. A rug size in cm (for example 125 or 145) is the back length for most brands, and how it converts to feet differs per brand. Some brands, such as Bucas, also measure differently. That's why every rug comes with the brand's own size information.
The table below converts the total length from feet to cm. This conversion is the same for every brand.

The Boss Equestrian Baltimore Soft Fleece Rug Teddy is a double-layered fleece cooler rug for horses. The rug is designed to absorb sweat and water and helps keep your horse warm and dry while drying. This makes it a practical choice after training or competition, when your horse is sweaty and shouldn't cool down too quickly.
About this cooler rug
The cooler rug is made from 100% polyester and has a double-layered construction. The material feels very soft and is designed for contact with the horse's coat. The soft fleece combines moisture absorption with heat retention: sweat and water are absorbed while the rug keeps your horse warm during the drying process.
You can use the Baltimore Soft Fleece Rug Teddy, for example, after unsaddling, during cooling down after exertion, or when your horse needs to dry off calmly after a competition. The rug is not tied to one specific discipline and can therefore be used for dressage, show jumping, and other forms of equestrian sport.
For a stable fit, the rug is equipped with fastening straps. These help keep the cooler rug securely in place when your horse wears it. This is practical when the horse moves during drying or remains in the stable with the rug on for some time.
The finishing is also characteristic of Boss Equestrian. The fleece is quilted with the Boss BB monogram and a large embroidered Boss logo is located on the left side. This combines the Baltimore's functional application as a cooler rug with the brand's recognizable look.
This rug is primarily intended for the drying process after exertion or when the horse's coat is wet. If you are specifically looking for a rug for protection against rain or long-term outdoor use, an outdoor rug designed for that purpose would be a more suitable choice.
