Bucas Anniversary Turnout

Use the Anniversary Turnout in mild, wet weather. Bucas works with roughly 3 to 16 °C. Bear in mind that breed, coat, clipping, wind and humidity all play a part. Regularly feel under the rug at the withers to check your horse is not too warm.

Because the Stay-dry fleece draws moisture away from the skin, this rug is handy after riding or washing, when your horse is still slightly damp and goes out anyway.

Choose the Bucas Anniversary Turnout if your horse lives out in the shoulder seasons and you want a light, waterproof rug with a lining that wicks moisture. It suits horses with a normal coat that need to stay dry in the rain but do not need extra insulation.

Lay the rug on the back from front to rear. Close the T-bar with the magnetic Snap-lock first, then the cross surcingles, then the fillet string and any leg straps. Remove it in reverse order. Wash the rug as little as possible, at a maximum of 30 °C with Bucas Rug Wash. Close hook-and-loop and surcingles before washing, do not use bleach and do not tumble dry.

Does this rug have a fill?
No. The version at Maddelin has 0 g fill. Warmth comes only from the fleece lining and the outer fabric.
