Size. Black is offered in Cob and Full, brown in Cob, Full and X-Full. Full suits the average warmblood, Cob a finer head, X-Full a larger or heavier head. If in doubt, measure the noseband of your current bridle.

Fitting. Set the 3-strap headpiece so that the straps run flat alongside the ears without pressing against them. Take a moment for this the first time, because the distribution differs from a classic headpiece. Place the noseband about two fingers below the cheekbone, with two fingers of room. Fasten the flash strap looser than the noseband itself.

Care. Vegetable-tanned leather asks for a little more conditioning at first. Clean with saddle soap, apply a thin layer of leather balm and let it soak in. Repeat this more often in the first weeks, then every few weeks. Keep the cream stitching clean with a soft brush; avoid excess dark grease on the stitching by working in thin layers. Let wet leather dry at room temperature.

This bridle suits the rider working in or around the hunter style: hunter classes, jumping with a classic look, and work with young horses. The 3-strap headpiece makes it a sensible choice for horses that are sensitive behind the ears, and the X-Full size in brown helps if your horse has a larger head.
