Deposit – Van Rental

When renting our van, we require a deposit as a guarantee for proper and careful handling of the vehicle. This ensures a smooth, fair collaboration where both renter and landlord are fully protected.
The deposit will be fully refunded once the vehicle is returned in good condition and the inspection has been completed.
Deposit conditions
Amount & payment
• Deposit: € 250
• Payment upon collection: cash or by bank transfer
Refund
• Within 5 working days after inspection of the vehicle
• The deposit will be fully refunded when everything is in correct condition
Full refund terms and conditions
• No damage to vehicle, rims or interior
• No excessive contamination or additional cleaning costs
• Full fuel tank , if the vehicle was supplied as such
• The vehicle is returned on time according to the agreed rental period
The deposit provides security for both parties and guarantees that the van can be passed on to the next renter in the same condition. This is how we maintain the high quality, safety, and reliability of our vehicle.
