All our sales through our webshop or through our store are subject to our terms and conditions. Any buyer who places an order through us accepts these conditions.
Anyone can place an order via our website or by email. However, orders are only accepted if the seller confirms them. We try to give the characteristics as closely as possible, however small details may be different. The photos are not contractual and in no way oblige the company. These are for information only.
With a price offer, this is only valid while supplies last and 1 month after quotations. When confirming our order, the seller accepts all our general terms and conditions of sale without reserve regarding price, product, etc. All contractual data is stored and can be consulted after login of the customer with his password.
The prices apply at the time of placing the order. The prices that we express on the web shop are VAT included. Transport costs are added to the products as an supplement and are also clearly stated when placing an order.
When confirming an order, you have the option of choosing different payment options. None of this data goes through our site.
We also give you the option to pay by bank transfer. As indicated in our webshop, the products are only sent after we have received the payment of your full amount on our account.
We have the right to leave an order for delivery in case the payment is not received and this without cancellation.
The packages are stored in Belgium and depart every working day around the world. For Belgium you can expect your package the next working day. For the Netherlands, this term is 2 days. All packages that leave our warehouse are checked and in perfect condition. The customer must report any damage problems upon receipt of the package. This must be done by complaint if sent by registered letter to the transport company (Bpost) within 8 days from receipt of the package.
We are in no way responsible for damaging packages during transport or disappearing products after the damage has been determined.
All packages are also insured for a value of 500 €
All products ordered through the web shop purchased within 14 days may be returned for exchange or financial compensation. Refunds are made at the expense of the purchaser and any financial compensation or exchange will be made after inspection in our warehouse. The item must be new and must not be washed or greased. After receipt and verification, the amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days. If we make a mistake, the return will be taken care of by us.
Some products are subject to warranty, which varies according to the manufacturer.
Custom boots, the measurements can only be protested up to 1 week after receipt of the boots. Leather is a natural product and to avoid misunderstandings, more expensive boots are therefore not necessarily stronger or better. The processed materials are more comfortable, more beautiful, but also more fragile.
Good maintenance, ensures an extended life and more fun on your boots. Never place the boots near a heat source. Boots that are rarely used also need regular maintenance. To promote longevity, it is good to use the boots after a day, let them rest for a day, preferably with a tensioner. In this way, the perspiration can evaporate. If the boots are wet, they must be dried well.
Polish your boots with a damp cloth after each ride to remove the horse's salt and skin fat from the boots. Leather is a natural product, which must be maintained frequently, with the appropriate care products. Discoloration can therefore always occur, by using the boots. To prevent discoloration, we recommend brushing the boot with shoe polish once a month in the same color as the boot.
Patent boots are sensitive to strong temperature changes and wetness. Maintain your boots, so pay attention to lacquer oil twice a week, even if you do not use the boots, to prevent lacquer cracks. We can not give any guarantees on patent boots.
For suede and nubuck boots, to avoid stains, you can spray them with water repellent. Repeat this regularly.
There are 2 months warranty on zippers. Sometimes the warranty is extended.
Collection period of new boots: 1 month, after that we can no longer guarantee the customization. These can still be adjusted at the expense of the customer.
Collection of custom orders / orders / repairs must be done within 6 months after the first contact. If these are not collected, you lose the right to the goods, without refund of money.
