Useful if you like to match your helmet to your competition outfit, or want a spare panel on the shelf.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eAbout this panel\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe panel is shaped specifically for the LeMieux Verv® riding helmet, so it follows the shell closely and keeps the airflow of the integrated \u003cstrong\u003eCoandă effect airflow system\u003c\/strong\u003e intact. The ventilation channels stay open, letting warm air escape while you ride.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChanging it takes no tools. The magnetic attachment guides the panel into position. To take it off, lift it gently at the back until the magnets release. To refit it, line up the front edge first, then press the panel down evenly until it lies completely flush with the helmet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore every ride, check that the panel is firmly seated and sitting flat; give it a gentle tug to be sure. A misaligned or loose panel can come off while you are riding, so never ride with one that lifts anywhere. After a fall or impact, replace both the helmet and the panel, even when no damage is visible from the outside.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe finish has a coating that, according to LeMieux, has been tested for UV resistance and abrasion resistance. To limit scratches and knocks, keep the panel on the helmet in the protective bag supplied or in a padded helmet bag. Store helmet and panel out of direct sunlight, and not in a closed vehicle in hot weather.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClean the panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents, petroleum-based products, thinners or harsh cleaning agents.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNavy sits well with blue and neutral competition wear; black is the more classic, more versatile option. If you would rather have a matte or plainer finish, choose a different Verv® top panel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Brilliance panel is an accessory for the LeMieux Verv® riding helmet and does not change the helmet's size or fit. You set that with the 360° Wrap-Fit system and, where needed, the separate 5 or 10 mm lining rings.
